Holy sweet jesus, 5 golden ages before a monarch AI launches? That's tough. You've gotta be pretty skillful to get the different types of GPs on demand. I'm guessing you will have 1 merchant city, 1 scientist city etc. It'll be a good lurk.

Ill be lurking. with so many golden ages, it might be quite useful to build some grassland watermills for the 2,2,2 tile during the GA"s. windmills on hills also.

Looks like I'm late
![]() I see that the magic five has already been reached and passed, but if theres any chance that somebody falls to some secret SG-disease, I'm available ![]() If not, I'll be lurking.
I love the idea behind this and what it entails for strategy.
I guess it's too late for me to sign up, but I'll be cheering from the sidelines. Do the requirements for a GP-generated golden age wrap around? I.e., can you get a fifth using two of one great person and one each of all the others?
Honored by Sullla am I
But other duties too high Though this game sounds fun I must be the one To this let another try.
Hi,

I've tried this both in an earlier and the current patch, and both times I still had one of the selected GPs left, while another GP vanished. I forgot to check if the "age" of the GP has any influence on this, but that would be my theory (taking the first different GPs from the game's internal list). -Kylearan

Worked the last time I tried it. Unfortunately, that was probably the initial release build. If it's not working now, though, then it got re-broken at some point. That is how it is SUPPOSED to work, looking to leaders in the same plot first, allowing you to choose which leaders are consumed. - Sirian
Fortune favors the bold.
Kylearean is correct, but there is a way to do it:
Here is how, get all your great people together ![]() seperate those you want to use, from those you don't (I like to use all the movement points from those G. People I don't want to use, but I don't think it matters) you can see that I move the three G. People I didn't want to use to the north of London ![]() then group those that you want to use into a group/stack and intiate the golden age ![]() I set this up in the worldbuilder since it is just easier, so toy around with it there.
On League of Legends I am "BertrandDeHorn"
It's ALWAYS worked for me; I specifically select the Great People I want to use, group them, put them on their own tile, and start a Golden Age.
Though, to be fair, all that proves is it always worked when I tried it, and it only takes one exception to disprove a rule. If it doesn't work, it'll make the SG quite...challenging 8) .
