Uh, we forgot that Manes can found cities I guess. Or maybe not? Civilopedia says only Add to City. Hrm.

Simple actually. Selrahc gives the iron first, Ichabod accepts on his turn. He can instantly upgrade all his warriors to iron (i think?) Once upgrading is finished, instantly declare war.

Otherwise if Selrahc plays right after Ichabod, give iron first, Ichabod uses it, then selrahc declares war.

Can't upgrade warriors to iron. Only axes upwards, RoK soldiers and longbows.
