Didn't have time to do C&D anymore (as you surely noticed several weeks ago already) and one day found myself reading the lurker-thread.
And Noble, of course it was nothing you said. It was all the things you didn't bother to say

Gaspar will be happy to know that I somewhat screwed up the micro plan also. The northeast worker should have built a road before moving onto the grass forest.

We miss you, Serdoa. *sends flowers*
Dammit Noble, why can't we have nice things!
I guess Serdoa's just somebody that we used to know

So, little trouble in big Babylon...
Yeah, that's a warrior "rush" on T37. Lewwyn, you complete and utter moron, when you read this after the game, after no7 have completely smoked all of us, the reason why you can't rush people with warriors this late is BECAUSE IT IS TRIVIAL TO GENERATE DEFENSE at the current production levels. So you can't gain anything from this other than to harass the 3rd best players in the game. So congratulations. This is why you'll never win a game that has a war option in it, because you're an idiot. Like really, you should wear a helmet to bed so as to be sure you can't injure yourself. (PBEM21 doesn't count since NH is there to talk sense into him. Also, any game that features both Kuro and Jkaen...)
Upshot - I'm never playing another game with Lewwyn. This is the second time now he's pissed on me for no reason whatsoever when there were more logical targets available.
ANYWAY, rant aside, the major impact of this brain-dead attack is we're teching Hunting > Archery over the next 3t. Hunting is in @EOT, Archery will take another 2t. In the interim, we're building a pair of warriors. One finishes at the capital EOT. We've moved the worker for the new city from the corn to chop the GH, hopefully baiting him him away from the city into an ill-advised attack we can easily clean up from even if we are unfortunate enough to lose. If he has more warriors coming, well we'll have Bowmen very soon. So it will twig the micro for city 3 and beyond, but is has no hope beyond that. Moron.
In other news, scouting revealed some unexpected coast in the "between us and mackoti" area. As you can see, we're pretty close to home now:
Here's the demos. Again finishing a tech @EOT makes the GNP look worse - mackoti's GNP obviously heavily inflated by Stonehenge culture:

It looks like there's not much interest in really reporting turn 36, so here's a summary.
Gaspar decides to play most of the turn while I'm at work except then he sends me the wrong save and I get home and stare at the monitor blankly while waiting for him to get home and tell me how he moved the scout.
Gaspar gets home at like 12:30 AM and sends me the correct save. I open the save, we argue about whether we want to mine the copper to defend against Lewwyn instead of farming the corn. I point out that if Lewwyn actually attacks us with warriors, of which he can't have many since he teched BW early and must have settled for copper, it'd be smarter to just tech Archery. So we started farming the corn.
Then the current turn happened and everything as you read above occurred, and then I noticed that we put a hammer into a galley at the new city because Gaspar recalled something like it in one of our old micro plans.
And here's the demos for turn 36.

New turn is here, but I owe a report from the previous one. So here's that in short form...
Exciting travels of the scout:
In war news, Douchebag Lewwyn moves his warrior to threaten the uncovered worker on the GF hill. We cover the worker. His choice next turn is between threatening The Colony or taking an ill-advised ~25% shot at our warrior. We'll have 2 warriors in The Colony before he can do anything and Archery in at end of next turn. So congratulations, Lewwyn. You've accomplished nothing except making sure we have no shot at Pyramids. Since you know, you'd much rather mack or no7 land them.
(I know Lewwyn's response to this is: LOL GUYS I JUST PLAY FOR FUN. My response to that: Is it more fun to still be competitive after 100t? I don't recall you having too much fun in PBEM14. You can still play carefree and smart. Enough about him though, I'll probably edit that rant out of the post above eventually.)
And here are the EOT38 demos:

To get more overflow in case we needed to 1t a bowman. I believe we've calculated that we can get a bow out in 1t the turn after Archery comes in if necessary. In the original micro I believe Hive would be working on a Settler right now, which is obviously more optimal. You'll also note it is currently not working the corn. Like I said in my raging above, Lewwyn has definitely screwed with the non-GLH micro.
Anyway, T39 came in. Here's the skinny. Firstly, no7 completed the Oracle. My guess is they'll take MC, whip a forge on T40, run an engineer specialist and rush mids on T52. I believe T52 was our original finish date for mids, so we'd have won on turn order. Cute play for a Phi civ. I combined this with the scouting picture.
Here's the Lewwyn situation. We've got a warrior in the city and a 2nd will complete via a chop when I hit end turn. There's a 3rd warrior en route as you can see. So I suspect T40 will be spent arguing with NH over killing Lewwyn's warrior at a cost of our own warrior. For the record, I approve but that's mostly because I'm a hothead. You can also see I feel safe enough to start the settler, though I'm sure this will end up being debated for hours on end once NH gets home and gets a chance to look at the save. For the record, I swapped back to the corn after taking this screenshot.
Here's the micro situation around Worker's Nest:
Everything still on track there.

What the...when did you decide to go for Pyramids? I see the Great Lighthouse plan is not yet a failure - there might be some hope there. But I don't see the value in going for both, you've got to go for cities sometime.
If you're going for Bowmen anyway...perhaps NoSeven and Mackoti need one in his land ?
