Mardoc: It looks like you're viewing Commodore's as less flippant and more calculated than I am?
Not enough data. That's my general feel, given his targets are on point. Uberfish, Tasunke, MNG, Catwalk, and relevant comments on Ichabod and Rowain - it's clear he's been aware of what's going on, despite contributing maybe six sentences himself.

Unusually quiet end day. Too late deadline for the europeans, I presume...

You watch slowly as the sun sets over the horizon. Today seemed unusually long. It felt almost twice as long as normal in fact. After the mysterious Booming Voice disturbed the chaos, everyone stopped attacking each other and decided to settle down and explore the island before doing anything else.
But then you received a mysterious slip of paper while exploring. When you turned to see who had thrust it into your hand he was gone. No matter, you thought.
As the group re-congregated together and started shouting at each other again, several patterns emerged. One person claiming to be a really nice guy annoyed a lot of people who insisted he wasn't nice at all. But some others were angry at other behaviors - those who were too quiet drew scrutiny, and one seemed suspicious for being apparently angry at the Booming Voice. One flapped his arms and enlarged his eyes and claimed to be a Watcher. Just what is a Watcher anyway? Everyone can watch things, you think.
And then there was some furor about the third coming of "el diablo." A couple Americans tried to shush the talk as they did not understand Spanish, but it was to no avail. Discussions and arguments got repeatedly derailed by this mysterious reference.
But in the end the Mister Nice Guy was deemed to be not nice at all. And so as the Booming Voice returns he smiles and a huge gust of wind occurs, forcing everyone to cover their eyes from the harsh sand. When you are able to see again, you see that the Nice Guy is gone. In his place you see only a piece of paper in the sand. It reads:
Mr. Nice Guy the Announcing White Werewolf was lynched.
Night 1 has begun.
