Ichabod's an interesting and surprising night kill. I suspect, to draw attention to Mardoc? If so, Lewwyn is taking the bait.
Of course, the same could be said of Rowain's kill, but I still suspect Zak <g>. although, Rowain wasn't on Zak at all day 2, so it wasn't quite as obvious. A godfather (in mafia flavor) is scum who shows as town to a cop. So a death godfather would be scum who shows as town on death.
Death miller (inverse of godfather) has definitely been used, not sure about death godfather.
