Well, I'd razed it... too much maintenance, only 1 cove and I won't go for fishing. If the AC rush fails and I'm not out of the game I still can flip it with rantine later.
Well where would you plant the city... the border pop from capital to get corn will take 50something turns, corn is nice but I need commerce more than corn. There is nothing to produce here really. A third city maybe, but thats it.
The plan is running a sage and get as much commerce as possible from city nr. 2

1E of the marked spot gives you the river, and the corn is still in range for later. You lose the hill for defense and an extra hammer in the city center, but otherwise you don't really lose out on overall land quality. You can always build a riverside farm on the grass 2N of the wine if you need more food.
Another settler for a third city, down at the site marked with 2 wine and 3 silk, would certainly be helpful for more commerce.

Yes, but is it better to get the trade boni or is it better to get the extra hammer? Since I'm going for commerce I suppose the commerce is better. I'll settle 1E from X

Yeah, it depends on what you want from the city. If you are mostly wanting commerce, then work the wine and maybe a river grass farm while running a sage. The location on the river will also bridge nicely to the third city site further south on the river. The two wines there will provide some nice beakers/coins, and eventually you can get the silks going for additional output and happiness.

Since I've got nothing to build in my cities anyways I'll go for Elder Councils and run a sage at least in the 2nd city to speed up tech. With the GS I'll pop CotS and build temples get a GP and build the wonder. During this my capital will build the prophecy, warrens and goblins after. I'll chop the warrens/prophecy rather than slave it I think. There are enough forests.
3rd city will get the two silk two wines
There is not much to update from now on I think. I'll probably never meet anyone, never have diplomacy, never pop a dungeon and never fight anything.
I'll continue scouting, though I'm convinced that I'm on an Island, alone.
Tech: research Mysticism to get Elder Councils, go back to Masonry, start Warren in capital, Philosophy, start Prophecy in capital, Calendar -> Markets -> Exploration -> KotE -> pop CotS -> build Stigmata of the Unborn -> 0 tech.

This event, normally nobrainer, but in this case... I'll get a settler anyways... I'm building infra I don't need right now, it might just be better not to buy the settler, on the other hand the 3rd city location is pretty neat, even though I won't be able to claim the silk for some time, it could be worth it.
I'll decide in the next ours or so. I just ALT+F4 closed civ, I hope the event pops up the next time I log in.
(screen shot quality low, I was in windowed mode)
btw.
either get a +1 pop in boobs
or
pay 100g get a settler
just in case that wasn't clear, the other options need prerequisite techs or civs.

This early in the game, I think settler all the way. You can get a lot of use from a third city. Instead of building that granary, you can build warriors to escort the settler.

I don't need warriors to secure the settler, but yeah. maybe 1 defender per city for the happiness.
(I've got enough to lead the settler to the site and then after it settled there is nothing going to attack it.)
I just logged in again and the event is gone, I guess I'll get it if it's my turn again (the event popped up after I hit enter, since I'm the last player in turn order.)

Um, I'm pretty sure using ALT-F4 simply cancels events. That's why it's commonly considered an exploit, when you have a bad event roll.
In this case, you may have just killed that event for nothing.
