We played a few games of Dominion this weekend and no one believed me that the top-tier meta is 5 revives. For proof I wasn't totally making stuff up here is a very good guide to the current Dominion meta by a top Dominion player: http://na.leagueoflegends.com/board/show...?t=2244698
The guide is long so here are some highlights: - This is a standard teamcomp: http://na.leagueoflegends.com/board/atta...1340193177 Standard meta-roles are: Bruiser, ranged carry, AP or Tanky AP, Tanky AP/support, Pusher Bot. 4-5 revives! - Ghost is overrated on Dominion because good players use the speed boosters all the time and ghost has diminished returns when it interacts with other speed boosts. - Garrison is awesome. 2 people should probably run it. It's most important for the bot laner. - For the initial windmill fight, poking is better than fighting. Letting the enemy cap a little and take poke damage is better than you doing the same, because a fight will eventually erupt and the team that has taken less poke damage will probably win. When the fight happens, prioritize opponents without revive. If you die, revive immediately and run back unless it's a stomp. Then the best move is usually for 1-2 people to revive immediately and gank bot (via speed boost in jungle). There's a lot more there and dominion strats are surprisingly well-developed. We're still in the run around randomly Elo though.

Elealar, my EU West high elo friend who frequents Dominion and Twisted Treeline at decent level confirms; I have never run Revive on Dominion myself though, figuring it doesn't work that well if you use it alone.

I'm quite happy running around randomly for now, but I feel like we should play more Dominion. I still find it fun. Plus my normal elo in it is horrible (think I'm W47-L51 or something :D) Edit: Actually, excellent doesn't really do that guide justice. It should be a book or something; absolutely outstanding.

Ok, since this thread hasn't gotten enough action for a while, let's start something then. Some of the season three changes has been slightly confirmed (statistics for them coming soon
