Ok, I'm back. Things:

1) At minimum, I see no reason not to start chopping and end the turn now. Even if we revolt, we aren't doing it until next turn. Correct?

2) I kinda think I'm with NH on whipping second worker and not whipping settler.

You know, we didn't even need Wheel if we weren't going to get Pottery after that. So maybe get Pottery first, meh. lol

Yeah, whipping second worker makes more sense intuitively, and i'm sure we get to two workers faster that way than we would by whipping the second settler.

Religion line is interesting, as it also opens up the possibility of chopping out Stonehenge in a 2nd city even should we fail. I do think we should try to grab an early religion, as it will be worth it to press the early advantages of FIN

Ok, I went ahead and moved the warrior north as you see in the picture. I figured we have two options there - north or cover the new city. We don't see any signs of Commodore possessing a warrior (right?), so going north makes some sense. I also figured that if we change our mind, we have enough time to come back and still make it back before the settler is out, so I figured I was safe to go 1N with the warrior.

Yeah, looks like Commodore built a warrior the turn before we built ours. If you look at the power graph we both have similar sized increases, his a turn before ours. Both seem to indicate 1k for growing population and 2k for a likely warrior.

Comm did research a tech on the IT but it appears to have been a 0 soldier point increase this turn.

Ok, played turn as we were last to play. Sounds like we're sticking with the original plan to wait to revolt until the settler is moving, so here's a couple pictures:

Bringing the scout home now, hopefully in one piece. Overview of the home front after the turn roll:

Thoughts on how far to go with the warrior? I left the warrior & scouts unmoved for the new turn (T35), so we can go 1NE onto the plains hill if we want.

Id go to the plains hill then turn back. Comm's warrior is a dozen turns away at best

Bleh, should have mined that PH before chopping the forest I think.
