Note that we only get 2 tiles of visibility from peaks, not 3. Peak visibility simply ignores hills and forests blocking.
It's still awesome. Ah, ok. I thought it was hills 2 and peaks 3.
Hmm, so we "lose" the outer tiles.

What's amazing is that you manage to get west both correct and incorrect in the same sentence.

2/0/3 is better than 1/2/1 in the abstract. Unless someone can point out a specific reason for working 1/2/1, I think the choice is obvious. (I would even consider 2/0/2 to be a tiny bit better than 1/2/1).

Yeah, the specific reason is that we need that extra hammer to complete the settler with overflow at 100/100. So yes, we must work the silk this turn.

What kind of odds do we get when attacking that barb city? Any idea of expected damage for our axe? I assume we start cleaning those defences next turn. Exciting times.

I suggest moving the axe 1NE onto the jungled hill for better defense should we get a bad dice roll and survive heavily damaged.

I'm not sure the warriors defending the city will ever attack out? If they finish a new warrior it might, but that seems unlikely.

Well, the barb city has to produce something. Why is a warrior unlikely?
