It's not important, but I did get a very quick "Message received!" back from CFC last night, so they got it.

Scooter, is it maybe worth getting into contact with WPC asking how the war goes? I am slightly worried the Germans have lost all interest in the game, seeing that they have not logged in for a long time. They had all Saturday to check the new turn and have not done so.
kjn, any indication from the WW or soldier points that the Germans suffered losses last turn?

Is it too early to advocate AI takeover for the Germans? At least that way the turn would be played in a timely manner. bang

@m_h: soldier points has held steady the entire turn, and I just checked them via APTmod.

Question: how do you people think CFC would take it if you straight up asked them when they planed to settle the oasis and how long that 'soon' is? was it what ... 20t ago?

I don't see a reason to ask them about it. The longer they take to settle it, the better the situation is for us. Asking them can easily make them settle it sooner than they originally planned.

We can ask them 1t before we will settle either red or pink dot (we can micro things to support either location) mischief

I'd say 3-4 turns to give them some leeway.
They still wouldn't have enough time to ninja us (unless of course we see a settler in the neighborhood).
