Is barb city falling this turn, with 3t of revolt, what the save stack was assuming?
Reply

No, we were assuming next turn I think. (with 3t of revolt)

Updated sandbox.

The main change from our earlier assumptions is that Alemanni fell 2t earlier (T87 in-game instead of T89 as in our earlier sandboxes). Not sure we can or should do anything about that. From in-game culture and maps, I don't think we can get more trade connections via Alemanni - I can't find a reasonable route to CFC land, and no culture is visible on the lake.

Well we could send four workers over to improve the speed of pasturing, but I don't think it's worth it. It's still better to have the city sooner rather than later, of course.

Yeah. If we could spare one worker to help road the flood plains between Alemanni and Forbidden Fruit, it might speed up the development a bit, but I doubt we can spare one.

I assume we will whip the granary in Alemanni. There is a forest, but it won't be in our culture until T100 or so.

I don't see any purpose to building that road sooner. We don't need that road for a trade route.

That road would be for greater efficiency getting to the pig, but second thought led me to conclude that it wouldn't really help now.

Anyway, updated T88 sandbox.

Updated T89 sandbox

There is a small error in the sandbox: it has 6/450 in the MoM and 24/90 in the Library in Focal Point, going back to when we finished Calendar. The actual game has 12/450 and 18/90. As long as we know the diff is there, I don't think it will matter overmuch.

New suggested micro plan for t90-97.

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?...lVVZGtkdWc

Only change for current turn (90) is to move warrior from MMuse southward to guard a worker mining a grass forest hill in a couple of turns. This seems like a harmless action to take now even if we will not use this plan, so I suggest we do so.

Main differences of plan:

* FP will overflow into another worker. Using this extra worker we'll get started on mining the grass forest hill. Other two hill mines will be started by later workers and all 3 will finish in time for FP reaching size 6 where it will stagnate.

* Revolt to OR planned for t96. OR is worth at least 4t net off MoM completion time in addition to providing quite a few hammers and allowing us to start building missionaries. Given the complete lack of assurance that we will get MoM, I think it's worth it for FP's production alone.

* Locations of our next two cities (both aggressive) and resulting worker micro are sketched in. I will post pics shortly.

* HF is not whipped for a worker. There are more tiles to work in this area of our empire than citizens, and it will build Moai shortly.

* Further cottages for THuggers are de-emphasized given that it already has 3 (albeit non-river) of them that it's hardly using.

* FFruit will produce another worker with wealth-build-stored overflow and a chop, after it grows back to size 4.

* Correct data for Alemanni is provided, given the earlier capture date.

I didn't update foreign trade route yield in the sandbox with the acquisition of currency or settling of additional cities. So I assume we will have more commerce than planned for.
