Given his earlier "final warning" and how many times they've failed to end turn since, you'd think they'd be punished and had all their workers deleted by now.

The thing is that I don't really want the German team to be punished in game (e.g., worker deleted or miss a turn). It could imbalance things unnecessarily. We just need the damned turns to take 48 hours or less...

"glad to eliminate Incan if knows where" is a quote from Magno (Spanish) over at the CFC thread relating to the Germans not hitting enter.
I was amused by that when I read it over there. I don't see why it would not be appropriate?
