They're both +2fpt for this city.
If there wasn't war i'd probably have gone granary before ikhanda, but ideally we won't be whipping this city.
It's +2fpt if we're working the copper, no? Otherwise the granary is +4fpt.

Alright! Turn played. Getting closer!
Got our Guerilla archer onto the hill.
This should be a nice boost, especially as it gains its fortify bonus. By the way, I think we should farm over that calendar source at McDonalds soon. Once we get Construction I'd like to grow it a bit. Anyways, random things in cities:
Mine completed which lets us get out an axe for the second consecutive turn. Those will be useful as they trudge to the front.
Something odd happened in Zaxby's.
I could have sworn we were dumping overflow into an axe here or something, but it seems we have no hammers invested here. Huh. I'm not sure why they went into a granary instead..? Well, went ahead with the axe as planned. This round of axes will probably be our last for awhile as we transition to catapults. Just trying to get them in now because it's all-cats in 4T. White Castle is going to go chariot:
It'll take some time to complete, but figure we might as well get a 2-mover out of here. Finally, we may have to go pop this axe:
I think we can afford to do that with the chariot now that we have the guerilla archer on the gold hill to take its place. I'll let the chariot hold for now.
Azza and Bigwyn still have not played, so we have a small window to make changes if needed.

Well then. We cannot block him from hitting Zaxby's by placing a galley anywhere - too much coast. He's going to attack Zaxby's next turn no matter what. However, we've got a 1 in 3 shot at killing his GG galley. So uh, let's see if I can break the RNG curse?
Deep breath.
0.1 HEALTH?!?!?!
.... Seriously look:
FIVE HP.
THIS GAME. I have a feeling when this is over, this game for me will get relegated to PB3 land. By that I mean it NEVER HAPPENED.

So, is this whole charade why the lurker thread has just been posting non-stop for days now? I just assumed it had something to do with the little mini-controversy that wasn't (edit: by this I mean the Merohoc/Plako thing). I mean, Commodore and us literally had the same exact plan where we would end on the same exact tile on the same turn. And we've both been thinking/planning for this for a long time apparently. Go figure.

Anyways, no idea if we'll hold Zaxby's or not. My guess is probably not, but it depends on what he has on board I guess. Axe/chariot pair and we're dead. Two axes and maybe we have a shot, depending heavily on if he's got a shock promo. Well here, here's what I did:
Obvious choice is obvious. Too bad we're just 1 tile short of stuffing a second unit in.
Wish us luck?

Oh, I knew I forgot something. One More Thing.
Or as the event log would say, "You have discovered Construction"
Get ready, this is going to get ugly fast.

Meh, not a huge deal, it's civ. I've had much more disappointing turns. If I had won that, that would have been an even nastier surprise for Commodore. Just to get a galley up there took a couple forts and a GG and all that. It's just, I came SO CLOSE to breaking the RNG curse. It's like it's taunting me at this point.
I'm at least proud of that Huayna/Pacal picture that I spent all of 45 seconds on. I figured the demogame folks might appreciate that.
