It should be very interesting to read about this process - designing/customizing the game. After the game is complete, and we know all alignments/abilities.
Which characters took 5 seconds to decide upon, which are the 'last few' characters causing trouble, and what powers did you _almost_ add into the game, and why did you in the end leave them out? Which characters did you consider rejecting, if any? And which characters did Pling have lined up for anyone missing the deadline?
