There's not much to go on at the moment. I'd say Gaspar and Matt are villagers, since they were unsure who we're hunting for, and it doesn't state that in town pm. Villains could not be sure if the town were told who exactly they are hunting.

I wouldn't read it that way. What if the one is templar and the other a witch? Or one innocent the other a calculating devil? Looking at the starting post I think there is a very good chance that we have more than 1 evil power to fight.

... but are they steal weak enough to be slain by a sword ? Then it should be a simple task.

If the man wielding the steal is strong enough it is. But tell me how much of a man are you? Or what kind? You are more than just a human but I don't see much of an angel in you.

I am the son of Sparda the demon knight . The knight fell in love with Eva , I don't remember her race since this spell seems to have bound me and a different Dante together . My powers I am unsure of them . One Dante had a mother who was angelic another had a mother who was human. I feel angelic blood but on the other hand Sparda is weaker. He was able to kill swarms of demon by himself and their god but in the other realm he is weaker . It will be interesting to see how my power grows maybe you old man know something of this ?

What makes you think we have multiple evils to fight? I'm not getting that impression from the starting post myself.

First one seems quite unlikely. Matt as calculating evil, the post came 11 minutes later, not much time for calculation. I agree with the last part.

I'm not saying they are 100% innocents based on this, but the posts indicate to me that their pm did not state who they're hunting for, and mine did not either. As evils they wouldn't get the info anyway, since they're not hunting themselves . But for villain, it would be quite risky to post those messages in case town would have been told who exactly they are hunting for. Minor thing but still worth pointing out.
