Matt doesn't need to be calculating . He just saw Gaspars post and ran with it. I simple take his answer as playing with Gaspars statement. For me that is neither a town nor a evil tell at all.
Which makes me wonder why you are so insisting that they are both clear villagers. The first thought would of course be that Matt is a villain and he wants to give him cover but I rather think his play makes far more sense if both are innocent (or at least not in his team) and he wants to get villagepoints by declaring 2 as villagers. Do also note how he cleverly uses the same post (and reasoning) to hint that he is of course not evil. IMO he is in alligance with demons and should be ynched as soon as possible.

@Azza: The fact that a 1 vs 1 is not an automatic evil-win and does not use the equal-votes rule like in other cases is a rather strong hint for me.

Scary to say, but I kind of like how Tasunke started the game spamming the thread, made me slightly think he'd have no quicktopic, and so would concentrate his posting in here. Minor thing, but something that makes me hesitant to vote him today.

I don't like this. You are giving a reason to move your vote away from Tasunke, but you had only jokingly voted him at the start of the day. There is no reason to explain yourself. Together with the other 2 players you stated to be innocent we are now up to 3 you have identified as highly likely village. On Day 1. Normally you flail around being unsure all the time. No, I really don't like this. Seems for me you are trying to play villager and are failing because of having the cheat-sheet in your hands.

Novice for voting Zak for not seeing his standard village play, 30 minutes after the game has started.

Novice, I thought his comment to zakalwe was a little joke based on the fact that someone basically says that to zak every game. Meiz, I'd expect you to pick up on that.

Imo that showcases wonderfully the difference between "overanalyzing" someones post or grossly misrepresenting it. His question was the latter. It implied that novice meant this part of his post in honest when it was obvious that it was not.

And this together with his switch away from Tasunke that he felt he needs to explain in detail is making me believe in his guilt.

I don't know who we're fighting, Serdoa. I just said I know what I'm hunting for. It was a joke. My character is a notorious womanizer, and he's hunting for... let's just say "love", since there are children present.

I think Meiz' post is a decent meta argument for his own innocence. At least, I think viewing it as a scum tell like Rowain does is a stretch. Meiz would need to see a town PM before he could confidently make such assertions. So the only way I see him doing that as scum is if a town PM was posted in the quicktopic.

I had nothing major to accuse people of, just a small reason for not voting Tas anymore. Tell me what's the harm in stating the reason for switching my vote away from him?

[ooc]I do believe that Meiz attack on novice - and especially his overreaction when questioned about it - is the best lead we have right now for a non-town aligned player. The second best seems zakalwe to me right now, as he claims to have been told who we fight against and this is certainly not true for me and as it seems for a few others as well. But that might indeed be an error by uberfish that I hope to get sorted out if it is so. I also hope we will be told sometimes why exactly we do vote for each other - the story didn't tell me why we do not simply travel all together to the vault [/ooc]
