WW20: Legend of the Undercity

Oy Jarlaxle, I've heard stories of you. Figured we might make profit out of this together, but guess I was wrong. An elf is a and elf, no matter what color you put on him...

Matt doesn't need to be calculating . He just saw Gaspars post and ran with it. I simple take his answer as playing with Gaspars statement. For me that is neither a town nor a evil tell at all.
Which makes me wonder why you are so insisting that they are both clear villagers. The first thought would of course be that Matt is a villain and he wants to give him cover but I rather think his play makes far more sense if both are innocent (or at least not in his team) and he wants to get villagepoints by declaring 2 as villagers. Do also note how he cleverly uses the same post (and reasoning) to hint that he is of course not evil. IMO he is in alligance with demons and should be ynched as soon as possible.

You mean someone like you?

@Azza: The fact that a 1 vs 1 is not an automatic evil-win and does not use the equal-votes rule like in other cases is a rather strong hint for me.

How did Meiz overreact?
I have to run.

Wh...? Who are you?

Gah, not again. Go bash your head on the wall until you get some memories back again.

I'm still not sure about who to vote for. I rather wait a bit longer and see what happens (got some leads here, but I'm still trying to unravel them... And that Ravel with is sure hard to find).

Azza, I hope this will help to change your mind.

Who said there is any villains? Maybe we all are nice guys and there is no need to lynch nobody.

Its hard being a newbie wolf... I really don't want to lynch you first day, but you're so scummy. hammer

I don't like this. You are giving a reason to move your vote away from Tasunke, but you had only jokingly voted him at the start of the day. There is no reason to explain yourself. Together with the other 2 players you stated to be innocent we are now up to 3 you have identified as highly likely village. On Day 1. Normally you flail around being unsure all the time. No, I really don't like this. Seems for me you are trying to play villager and are failing because of having the cheat-sheet in your hands.

I actually wanted to see novice's response to this, but gee, thanks.

Thats the overreaction I meant. He is upset that Gaspar answered a question to novice, but it is obvious what the answer will be. There is no doubt about it. Imo that showcases wonderfully the difference between "overanalyzing" someones post or grossly misrepresenting it. His question was the latter. It implied that novice meant this part of his post in honest when it was obvious that it was not.

And this together with his switch away from Tasunke that he felt he needs to explain in detail is making me believe in his guilt.

I don't know who we're fighting, Serdoa. I just said I know what I'm hunting for. It was a joke. My character is a notorious womanizer, and he's hunting for... let's just say "love", since there are children present.

I think Meiz' post is a decent meta argument for his own innocence. At least, I think viewing it as a scum tell like Rowain does is a stretch. Meiz would need to see a town PM before he could confidently make such assertions. So the only way I see him doing that as scum is if a town PM was posted in the quicktopic.

I could see the overreaction as a scum tell, no objections there.
If you know what I mean.

To elaborate. I don't see those posts by Gaspar and Mattimeo as town tells, they just look like role play to me. But I do think Meiz' post is a decent meta town tell, because he made a very specific assertion about the town PM.
If you know what I mean.

I had nothing major to accuse people of, just a small reason for not voting Tas anymore. Tell me what's the harm in stating the reason for switching my vote away from him?

Your just taking my message too seriously. It was mostly random, didn't put that much thought on it. Just wanted to apply pressure on novice.

As others have pointed out, I meant Meiz. Interesting to see the guilty conscience though, Dora.

The second best seems zakalwe to me right now, as he claims to have been told who we fight against and this is certainly not true for me and as it seems for a few others as well. But that might indeed be an error by uberfish that I hope to get sorted out if it is so. I also hope we will be told sometimes why exactly we do vote for each other - the story didn't tell me why we do not simply travel all together to the vault wink[/ooc]

Quoted because Serdoa aligns my thoughts on Meiz nicely and also because I alluded to it early but it wouldn't hurt to know why we don't just send me into the vault and everyone else can go home.
I've got some dirt on my shoulder, can you brush it off for me?
