Well the bad news is the answer is apparently "Not India." Would've been awesome to luck into that. Anyways, I can't say for certain, but it looks pretty likely that it was actually slowcheetah of all people. I didn't think he was a good player at all after PB4, but the scoreboard suggests he's quietly playing extremely well out... somewhere. Wherever he is. I have no idea where he's at really. Anyways, point is he seems to be playing a great game, and obviously I underestimated him. Also, this is a crashed economy if I've ever seen one:
27 units, 3 cities. Pretty solid right?
I didn't touch anything - I'm mainly terrified to ruin Pindicator's worker and general evacuation plan, so I'm leaving it be for now.

Don't be scared, i've messed it up several times already. Also, the plan is pretty much over.
Did Comm attack? If he hasn't attacked the let's not whip LJS. I wonder if he's expecting a kitchen sink attack from us and is sitting back to squash it with cats. If he doesn't attack then let's not whip any more. Lol- maybe i shouldn't have pillaged so much
Also, if he doesn't attack then let's hold off on using the settler
As for workers the big goals are:
* connecting copper
* chopping trees
* roading east to speed up unit transfer to galleys

Popped in to take a look after Commodore played. He most definitely attacked:
Bye-bye LJS, you've served us well. Our north Impi took a bit of pain from the barbarian:
Still survived though.

Remember to change INO's build, that doesn't look correct.

Ok, so I logged in to take a closer look and try to mentally walk through a few things to make sure I'm up to speed, and I was greeted by this lovely surprise:
Yes, that would be BigWyn's generosity. I like the Happy Meal name quite a bit. Anyways, think we can find a use for this guy??
So, this is a first for me:
Pindicator - did you and Rego get stacked unhappy this bad when you were fending off Commodore in PB5? We've got a luxury and we STILL are unhappy at sz1 . I offered this just... because.
Almost no chance he accepts it, but it would be nice if he did. Maybe he'll take LJS and re-offer it, which would be fine.
Actually, where will the palace jump to? I'd really prefer it jumps to White Castle, but I'm wondering if it'll go to INO instead due to proximity?

In N Out is worthless. You might be able to get a scout out of there, but it's unhappy at size 1 and has practically no overflow. Load the axe on that galley and send the galley north.
Yeah, let's get that Impi out of LJS and whip the Axe there. That town is going down, we might as well whip it one more time.
This means we need to have our workers move so we can hook up our north copper next turn. Two of them need to be on the jungle this turn so we can build a road next turn.
We need to have 7 galleys we can on the staging tile this turn. I can pop in, but I think we can get 12 two-movers and 2 axes in the first wave, and have a pair of catapults (after the settler drops off) for the 8th galley. If you like I'll try to get in there and work out specifics. But don't feel intimidated; my micro planning has reached it's end

ALRIGHT. We just spent 2 full hours playing through this turn . Thankfully, that should be the last excruciating turn. So much detail. And I did make one mistake, but I don't feel like telling you about it. After all that, I'm pretty burnt out for the night so I'm going to just post a couple things rather than a full tactical overlay (you'll get plenty of that in the coming turns). Anyways, this is Pindicator's slick plan for getting the settler to his own private island without delaying our attack:
Galley with settler + archer pair move onto this sign. Next turn, they move onto the next sign and unload. On the same turn, 2 Impi move from the jungle tile onto the galley. The galley is joined by all the other galleys. No delay whatsoever. Pretty cool .
Anyways, one maaaaaaassive problem we have is... we're totally going to strike here . Ok. So we have 54 gold banked, but we're talking 20-24 units that will be outside our borders. That's going to get expensive - to the tune of 10-12gpt or so, which will almost certainly put us into the red. We're on the clock here - capture gold from Indian cities will have to fund us for awhile. So we're trying everything. Here's the ideas we have:
1)
This is falling next turn anyways, so we work 2 coast here which nets us 5 extra gold. Yay.
2)
Good old-fashioned begging . If he accepts, we'll pay him back with interest IF we survive this thing. If not, oh well. Sadly, nobody else besides Commodore has Currency, so we can't beg elsewhere.
3) My favorite, anarchy! Relevat and mildly amusing chat as we explicity spell out how close to screwed we are:
scooter, pindicator, NH Wrote:Pindicator yeah, we need to beg gold this turn
i have a feeling we're not going to have a second wave
scooter: we'll be at 58 next turn
Noble well we'll have what
Pindicator unless we turn all boats around after dropping off
scooter: we may have to consider deleting workers to save cash
Noble 8 + 16 = 24 units outside borders right
you get 4 free supply
Pindicator lol
Noble then 1g supply per 2 units
Pindicator so 10gpt
scooter: yeah thats bad
lol
Noble but then there is handicap discount
oh wait no
handicap[ is only for maintenance
and not for supply
scooter: yeah
costs right now for unit:
Noble SHOULDN'T WE HAVE DONE THIS MATH BEFORE YOU UPGRADED THE WARRIOR??
Pindicator maybe if somebody had answered my question
like anybody
scooter: 28gpt (9 free), then -9 handicap, so we're paying 19gpt right now
lol
Noble what was the question
scooter: it was in the thread
Pindicator yeah, you don't get to bitch
scooter: but i wasn't around and/or didnt see it in time
Noble well i must have missed it
scooter: and i concurred with him anyways
Noble you could have asked me in chat!
well
how many turns do we need to be out of borders
Pindicator have we begged gold?
Noble hey
i got it
new strategy
perpetual anarchy
scooter: not yet, waiting on an outcome here
Noble if we're attacking and our cities are in revolt
anarchy does not hurt us
scooter: well, every 5 turns, but yes
we should abuse anarchy
that buys us 1 turn
Pindicator and we can revolt to hinduism once we get a city
scooter: right!
well
sadly IW does not have hindu
Noble LOL
Pindicator INO does but it's gonna fall
Noble this part needs to be posted just for the lulz
We may be miserably in last place and on the brink of extinction, but never let it be said we aren't trying hard and having fun in the process.

From civ stats I could tell that LJS had fallen (shocker!), and I wanted to see if the brave defenders had managed to kill any of the hated Commodorian troops (We should just call him "The Buzzard" for the way he keeps circling our civilizations dying corpse.) But when I opened, I saw this:
Closed out without doing anything, but I honestly don't see any reason to accept.
