I don't think he said that. He said it is possible. It just means "Don't call someone confirmed before you don't know it beyond doubt". I also don't think he thinks we should lynch Meiz right now. There are certainly better targets. But is also makes no sense to just put Meiz (or me) for certain in villager camp.

No I say that we have to take such a possibility into account. There is a chance that evil in which form ever targetted Meiz
and there is (IMO a good) chance that there is/was such a power afoot.

Though rereading this Rowain, I would say my ability actually does not block their night action (the kill) it merely redirects it. It still suceeds, but not on the target they thought. Not saying there can't be other roles though that interfered with the night actions on N2.
Uhm it states clearly "will succeed regardless of any other player actions".
It also says Takes precedence over all other abilities and that meant that the powered-up action happened as the first action in the night so no chance to switch targets or other things.

Okay, I feel like I've misplayed this and made enough of a fool of myself, that this is going to look pretty darn fishy and I'm sure I've made this obvious to scum as well, so I need to go ahead and come clear.

I'm the Alignment seer, usual seer role description yada yada yada.

Last night I scanned Ichabod, and he is a villager.

So don't kill him. :P

Sorryyyyyy
