This was my first thought. They may be attempting a AP religious diplo victory.
Hopefully that's what they're going for and not just theocracy. My gut though says we'll likely see them switch into theocracy pretty soon.

Everything about CivPlayers points towards getting ready for a very quick military buildup. They aren't completing any units, but they have a barracks in Tlaxcala, has SAs everywhere, grows pop rapidly right now (T101: 26; T104: 35), has unlocked a real offensive military unit, and unlocked the first early war civic.

Who else does CivPlayers border besides us? I wonder if we can find out if they are signing NAPs with those teams...

That's easy: Apolyton and CivFr. They only have contact with us, the Germans, and CFC among the teams we know.
Anyway, I'd be very surprised if they didn't see Brick by Brick as a target to take or eliminate. The city probably screwed up their dotmap as much as Xochicalco screwed up ours, and they've been making noises about us ceding the "worthless land" between us to them (there is a message in the diplo thread from them about it).

on this map that would be hard - just getting one religion spread to every civ will be challenging enough. Not to mention they've shown they aren't the most skilled diplomatically.
Please don't go. The drones need you. They look up to you.

You can't vote yourself AP winner. Even if they got a spread to every nation, they have to convince someone to vote for them.

And this is why I'd rather someone who is NOT CFC get this wonder.

Civplayers are going to war. They whipped pretty massively. I suspect that's not with us given our NAP but it's not totally sure. They also hinted at common action in their last diplo email, didn't they:
Quote: Can we get involved as part of that plan, would it give it any added value? Could we count on you for any military actions?
Not sure what we can do here, but I'd like to hear some thoughts.
