By the way, in the interest of avoiding misinformation I asked T-hawk and you can get failgold for multiple cities. The only change is that you get no failgold if you are the one to finish the wonder.

It's getting late, so full report will have to wait until tomorrow. However, I really think we should swap our Moai plans to Dominos:
We can seriously get Moai here at least 20T faster. If we keep the crabs here (and obviously we would in this case), we would get thirteen coastal tiles. I also like Moai to be on Atlantis itself which is easier to defend than a remote island. Pindicator seems on board, so I'm putting this here so Noble can do his usual nit-picking and hopefully agree with me anyways.
(yes, plan would be to use our wines or something to get stone from somebody)

IT'S TWELVE TILES!!!!111
I think Moai would make Taco Bell much easier to defend. And it will be shielded by the one-tile island north of it. It's mostly that I don't think Taco Bell will do much without Moai, because we won't have the happy to whip it heavily and it doesn't have any land tiles.

Confession: I did that on purpose.

The problem: Moai probably won't finish in Starbucks until Slowcheetah is invading us with Galleons.
(NH helper: the sentence above is an example of hyperbole to make a point and is not to be taken 100% literally :P )
edit: FYI - Starbucks is the island site (former FG). Taco Bell is the new city we just settled for pigs

Some more pictures from last night. Did some whipping as planned:
The overflow here + another whip will get us the needed missionary for Starbucks as planned. Similar missionary whipping plan up this way:
This missionary converts Dominos, which is then able to whip the granary immediately since OR comes into play. Pretty fun. I settled our new city:
Pretty meh city, but as always, pure profit. I did get a glance up at Xenu:
I'm guessing those spears and Brick's HA is the reason they're at peace. I'm sort of surprised Xenu even accepted peace, Brick benefits from that peace more than Xenu I imagine. Demos:
This is only posted because that #5 GNP is sort of fun - yes we're burning through gold but still. Sue me. Once MC comes in we definitely need a few Triremes. First in happy/health should not be a surprise considering how far away we are from our happy cap everywhere.
Turn rolled this morning. I had about 2 minutes to pop in and have a look - nothing too surprising. Crazy Culvers is about to grow AGAIN - man that city grows insanely fast. I think this will be the third consecutive turn, and it's at sz7. I know we want to pause to build a worker/settler, but I kind of want to let it go another size or two.

Climbing up another rung!
I took a little peek myself, and was greeted with a trade proposal from plako:
Did NOT accept - but if we think we should we can re-offer.
I think Culver's should finish building it's warrior and then we can start the next settler or worker. It should take the grass hill mine once it grows to size 7, and will still be able to 1-turn grow to size 8, timed with finishing the warrior.
Metal Casting is going to take 3t unless we can get a loan of 75g from someone. Probably should just let it take 3t
Once we get MC, I kind of want to put a workshop down on top of that banana at Starbucks to turn it into a 2f2h tile. Add a workshop to the other plains tile and that city would have decent (9h) production. Of course, this means getting a worker over to starbucks, probably done when we ship a missionary over there.
As for the Dominos vs Starbucks debate on Moai, it depends on how fast each can build it. Being able to grow the 14th and up citizens on coastal moai tiles is a very distant horizon, so if we have to sacrifice 20t of potential moai time elsewhere for it, then I don't think Starbucks gets the nod.
Didn't move any units, just looked under the hood a bit.
Edit: FOr the Commodore sentry, how about we put a unit on one of those 1-tile islands? That gets better sight over water than a galley does.

Yay! Xenu, we're coming for you next . Oh, I forgot to mention - when I logged in this morning, I had a trade offer from Brick. He offered clams for our wine and paired it with a map swap. Of course I said no.

Thinking about this. We have two wines for trade, and wines doesn't seem to be a common commodity right now. One should be for stone/marble. The other - I'm kind of thinking if we aim for a happy, we should aim for something that we have the doubler for (gems... or gold if Azza ever cancels the trade we have) OR something that gives strategic value - like ivory so we can build a few elephants. We're not exactly anywhere close to the happy cap right now either, but I'm sure Plako is pushing his. Point is - if we sell wine, I want a much better return than a dye that won't benefit us.
We could ask for a bunch of gpt, though he's burning through cash now so we'd have to ask for a lump sum and he could counter with the appropriate gpt.

All these sound good to me.

Yeah this is what I wanted too. Guess we could put an archer out there or something. Preferably on that plains hill island.

Various happenings from T147. Sid's whipped the temple in its ongoing quest to possibly slip in a great prophet:
DQ whipped the missionary designated for Five Guys:
Here's the south:
Pindicator - the worker I have highlighted I believe needs to go mine the hill 1W of Culvers. I realize that's a little out of the way, but Culvers & Sid's grow so fast that we'll really want all the hills available I think. Plus, with Culvers ridiculous food surplus, we can easily afford to work a couple mines there when needed. The north:
One thing that amused me:
Commodore has just been getting non-stop Hindu spreads lately . He's up to something like 8 Hindu cities, which is more than us. I like to imagine this is pretty frustrating for him since he wants his newly founded Taoist religion to spread instead. Either way, I'm enjoying it. And yes, we have visibility on random cities of his which is fun, albeit useless.
Other than that, another slow turn. As action-packed as our thread has been so far, I'm afraid we're going to be pretty boring for awhile. At least, I sure hope so. It's always possible one of our crazy neighbors will get the itch to kill us, so there's that. Hopefully that won't happen for awhile.

I hope Commodore loses lots of missionaries trying to convert taoism to the hindu cities
As for the worker, I think that's a good plan. We may even consider putting some workshops down on the plains tiles.
I was thinking we would do a worker first out of Culvers and that worker would be the one to mine the hill, but the worker you highlight is probably better. Culver's can then do a settler for the middle of the island so we can finally get that pastured sheep worked by some city.
We may want to just spam a few settlers in a row out of Culver's - the 2nd one would probably be right in time for the borders at 5 Guys to pop and give us access to the horse island in the east.

New turn came up
Serdoa got a GE:
Xenu is settlign the silk:
Sad that it's happening, but there really isn't anything we can do about it. We're probably better served focusing on heading east with our settling although we probably want to make sure he doesn't think Starbucks will be easy pickings.
Our scout continued along, towards merodoc and slowcheetah:
I think it's 6 more turns until we get contact with Arabia. At that point do we bring him back? I think we'll make contact with slowcheetah sooner if we come from his west, but do we want to come from his west? Or do we want to settle as much as we can before he realizes we're settling in his west?
Out west we dropped off our archer scout.
I like that this is quiet
I'm thinking we have this galley either stay in the area, or head down south to check out those ice islands SW of Culver. Odds are there's nothing there, but if we have Marble or Silver it would be really nice to know.
Sid's hired the priest right on queue:
I changed the build to be The Great Wall. Feel free to change back - I did start a couple library builds since we do have that quest and we do want libraries. Although next turn we probably want to start forges everywhere that we're building libraries at now.
Also, although we are getting Metal Casting 2t ahead of when I had it marked in my plan, building a forge 2t earlier and hiring the engineer 2t sooner isn't going to speed up our next great person. Sad but true. It'll just put us at 99/100 instead of 93/100 on turn 155 and make better odds of a GE and less of a GP. So let's put a couple turns into The Great Wall here, and then on t151 we can start the forge, then whip it on t152.
To help the Great Wall along, I offered Azza one of our wines for his stone:
If he doesn't like the deal then we can try Serdoa next turn.
For some reason Commodore hasn't hooked up his stone...
And our missionary boarded:
Next turn we'll move the galley inside of Five Guys and the missionary will convert from inside the city. Five Guys will then be able to whip it's granary. Also at end of this turn we'll have the work boat finishes out of Jimmy John's, so Five Guys will start developing for real.
Culver started a settler, due in 6. I think this first one goes for the center of the island -- maybe the north crab island if we're feeling like we should grab it ahead of xenu. But I think we play it safe and settle the center of the island, then the next settler heads east once Five Guys' borders pop.
And demos:
Crop yield is up to #7, and GNP is now right in the middle. I like how it keeps improving!
