With Schwedagon landed (per KJN's turn-roll post above) how about:
drama > Music > MC > Paper > Education (bulb) > Philo > Liberalism
That gives us an earlier start on universities...
But why is this convo in the cloak room?

Yeah, Philosophy doesn't get us anything so we should get Education sooner if we have the GS available for bulbing.

Now that the tech planning has left the thread, I can say that I'm currently working my way through turns 114 to 118, trying to get the pop, land, and techs up, and also updating the list of known buildings in rival cities.
I can confirm that Abhi is an old barbarian city: it has 2% barbarian culture. The CivFr borders that our scout spotted also covers only a single tile (small indrawn corners on both edges of the tile), so definitely a captured barb city still in resistance.
We will need to keep an extra eye on Wien - the city has a lighthouse, so it's possible the Germans will do a play for the Great Lighthouse, but it has only 14H invested right now into a build. I'm more worried about Abhi - it has four forests to chop, but no lighthouse yet.
Another thing of note is that CivPlayers whipped the city of Tlaxcala down to size 1 last turn, and it's still that size. On the other hand, it has a staggering amount of infrastructure: monument, Buddhist temple and monastery, barracks, sacrificial altar, granary, and stable. Xochicalso has also received a Buddhist monastery, to join the granary and sacrificial altar. It's pretty clear CivPlayers are pushing culture in their border cities with us.

CFC report
I managed to work through CFC for turn 114 to 118, which I judge to be one of the more critical teams to keep track of, and that we have the best data on.
On T114 they grew 3 pop, all in visible cities.
On T115 they had a monster score increase of 31 points. After I long while I managed to break it down into 4 new pop (10 score), a classical tech (noted down as Construction for now), and 9 land score. The land score came from Lana and Daivagati expanding to second ring borders on T95 (12 claimed tiles).
On T116 another monster score increase followed, of 29 points. They grew another 4 pop (10 score), they researched Code of Laws (confirmed since they revolted to Caste System too), and got 9 land score. The land score were from the six tiles that Astan claimed, and Lakshmi expanding to second-ring borders (five tiles). They also whipped a pop.
On T117 they grew a single pop point.
On T118 they grew two pop points, and are up to 80 pop. We have visibility on all their cities but Bono (which is size 3). They have 6 classical techs, with Monarchy, Mathematics, Calendar, Construction, and Code of Laws confirmed. The sixth is noted down as Currency for now. They do not know Iron Working yet.

Yeah, but they've crashed their food production with adopting Caste and hiring circa 10 scientists while increasing production.
Here are their food production and population numbers for the last few turns:
Turn | Pop | Food | Surplus | Surplus per city | 112 | 62 | 194 | 70 | 5.83 | 113 | 67 | 204 | 70 | 5.83 | 114 | 70 | 208 | 68 | 5.67 | 115 | 74 | 208 | 60 | 5 | 116 | 77 | 189 | 35 | 2.91 | 117 | 78 | 188 | 32 | 2.67 | 118 | 80 | 192 | 32 | 2.67 |
On T116 they revolted to Caste+Representation.

The Spanish finally settled their sixth city of Nongoma, claiming 8 tiles. They are up to 28 pop, and are the rival worst in both population and land.

And are fighting a foe with three times their pop.

FWIW, I'm going to be away from Civ during Easter, from tomorrow morning to Monday evening.
Given that Caledorn is doing server upgrades and the game pace is at a crawl right now, I think the urgency isn't that great, and I'm still trying to work through most of the teams now anyway and behind on C&D. I'd still appreciate that if someone could grab the demos and other screen shots, and post them here regularly.
This is what I grab at turn start right now:
F1 (to get an accurate listing of our pop and cities)
F2 (habit from when I still maintained the sandbox)
F4 techs (for gold and new techs for Apolyton)
F8 (for tracking of rival best in land and pop growths)
F9 demos
F9 cities
Map shots of CFC, Spanish, WPC, German, and CivPlayers land, to track city sizes. I also note down the GNP for every tech we can research, to find out any new known tech bonuses.
For score increases I grab the F9 demos so I can track how many tiles each city grabs - I don't bother with that for whips anymore.
I should still have net access most of the time, so checking Civstats and APTmod is no problem.
