Do other saves work or is it just this save? If it's just this save, I can try replaying and see if that helps.

Ok, I was able to resolve the issue by telling steam to revalidate its cached game files. Can't play right now, though.

FYI, I'm taking my computer in to be fixed tomorrow. So I won't be able to play turns for an indefinite amount of time after tonight. My hope is to have it back in 2-3 days but it'll depend on if/how many parts have to be ordered.
