I'm kinda leaning towards that too. Our commerce situation is notable better than hammers, so the price tag on doing some upgrading isn't so bad. Perhaps we should flash a stack of these caravels at slowcheetah to know we're more than adequately prepared if he gives us issues. But we're definitely going to want a very high amount of caravels. If he lands a serious force on our mainland we're in trouble - all units need to die in the ocean.

Also, let's get a caravel to defog that blob of fog to our northeast-ish. Wouldn't shock me to see some islands in there.
Not a lot to report other than two empires currently crumbling at a fast rate:
Merohoc especially is gone very, very soon. Yet another person we will have outlived . We decided to fork over 300g for 6 Trireme->Caravel upgrades: May sound crazy, but it's not really. Commerce-wise we are competitive with the top teams. MFG-wise we are really, really lousy. Pindicator - I think we should consider upgrading our northern shock axe into a Mace as well. I think we can then get about 5-6 more maces which should be MORE than enough to beat Xenu's puny island defense. I think we need to bring about 4 of these Caravels up north (and we can replace them with a couple more built in the south) because we'll need the ability to sink all of Xenu's ships. Once we do that, the galley timings don't need to be super precise because his island holdings will be completely exposed. We'll just have to take down the one attached to the mainland first since he'd be able to reinforce that one if he'd like. One of these Caravels needs to go straight east at Slowcheetah. And we need to flare out 1-2 more to create a bit of a sentry net. If we see a stack of galleys forming up in this area, we abort and concentrate all our Caravels down here - perhaps declare war and do a little bit of pre-emptive sinking if we get a juicy window to do so. If things look pretty clean down here (caravels are not a concern, galleys are if we're talking invasion), then we can go ahead with knocking Xenu around for the moment. Sound like a plan? Ended turn. Did not whip anything this turn. Next turn we may want to go ahead and whip the Ikhanda out of TGIF.
Remember that the GG can be upgraded for free.

Oh yeah. Very good food anywhere near Portland, OR. They've carved out a "high quality, sustainable food" niche in the regional fast food industry, but their prices are a bit too high lately.

No, but Burgerville is a rare treat when we're visiting family.
Quite the philanthropic company too. I like that. |
