Why? We can land next to Glad Fish this turn and attack next turn.
Glad Fish is more appealing because it's a better city, and it has more pop to whip so it would be nice to take it out first. The main issue is it has 3 units and a lot of pop. So it likely uprades to a longbow and whips another one. At which point, is a cat + 5 maces enough? Quite possibly no.
I didn't mean from the current situation. I meant in a vacuum, that's how I would plan an attack on Glad Fish. Not very helpful, I know. But you're not planning to attack with just six units, right?
Is anyone going to tell me what happened to Commodore's stack, or at least what we know about that?

Hm? I'm not sure what you're talking about here. edit: oh, you mean warning him of the commodore incoming. nah I think it's fine, Commodore/Plako are still in the driver's seat here more than Serdoa IMO.

We can start off by dropping 6 maces & 2 cats at silk, then load up the rest for adding to that force or hitting another city. It shouldn't take long to get there; i think we're at 9 or 10 right now. Just whip a few cities
Agree with this. Let's wait.

I should be able to cover the turns.

I have no idea? He had some units that we saw at one point while passing through one of the two cities we had visibility on and then they went into the fog and now we don't see them.

First off, Commodore tells true:
Okay, got to the turn late in the timer, but we figured out what hte units are going to do. I took the screenshot before I moved, so I added colored arrows. Fancy.
In green is xenu's chariot. So he's actively looking for our units. We probably should unload the mess of them down by slowcheetah's end of the world, so he sees what he's looking for. If we have enough time for that.
Events are bad. The big dogs are all feasting on the little dogs, and not wanting to get left out at the table, they're eating as fast as they can:
We found some islands, but can't settle them until after Astronomy. (If i was xenu I would tech Optics and take advantage of my UU...)
I changed some builds around, and ended up with this:
And then scooter wanted to take a peek at the action with his shiny new computer:

my computer doesn't have a pause button either, but I use windowed mode so I can use the windows On Screen Keyboard that has a pause button. Kinda ghetto but hey, it works

Planning to GE-rush Notre Dame if it stands until we finish Engineering. We'll cancel our marble deal with Plako next turn so we'll have excess happy to trade away, so we're hoping we can procure some happy that way too. However, nobody really has excess happies right now... Serdoa probably will soon once he integrates Brick's land, so maybe we can cut a deal that way. We also whipped in a Market in Sid's and we'll be whipping in a Hindu temple in Culvers, so we're doing whatever we can. Next we'll probably slip in a few military units to stave us over with HR happy.

Oh that would work great, I'll try that! I use windowed mode too since it makes it easier to chat through a turn, so I should be able to do that.
Pindicator - if we can get a couple maces down by our southeastern cities to show Xenu, that would be great. Do you think we can make it down there in time?

We could whip some. Otherwise i can get them to JJ but farther south will really delay an attack.
One thing about happy is we've lost two trading partners: Azza was gifting us gold and Bigger was trading us silk

Maybe we just shouldn't try to get cute and leave it be. Our GG could probably do it though given his extra moves.

Note to lurkers: he actually means Brick. The problem is Serdoa captured the Brick cities that were controlling the silk he was trading us, so that trade was canceled in a rather untimely manner. We'll get our own native source of silk once we capture that island from Xenu, though. So that'll help.

Ok, a few random pictures. First, let's placate Noble.
There! You now know as much as I do about Commodore's military . Pindicator showed some of this in his screenshot, but here's a look at the whooping Serdoa is giving Brick right now:
See all those Viking cities on the map that used to be there? ME NEITHER. Some serious shock and awe type stuff going down to our unfortunate northern Viking neighbors. And yes, we did manage to revolt one of Xenu's cities which is fun. One more revolt and we won't have to waste military on the city! Anyways, turn rolled a few minutes ago, so I jumped in. Canceled the marble deal with Serdoa, and hey, he has both excess gold and silk!
I imagine he'll take this instantly as we just yanked his wine, and he's probably dealing with some WW + whip anger right now. Gold would mean instant +2 happy in every city . An extra silk just came online too - I'm guessing that's a former Brick source. I'm not sure if we have anything to offer for that or not. I did notice this minor issue:
Xenu can see that galley stack with his hill. So I moved the galleys 1S. I didn't do anything else really, just looked around. I forgot to turn the "minimize popups" setting back on, so I had to select builds in a couple cities (Catapult in Sid's, Ikhanda in Burgerville), so we can change those later if you have better ideas.
