I don't think that the whipping discussion is premature. A whipping decision is definitely premature ... but discussion, No - that is not premature.
I have finally decided to put down some cash and register a website. It is www.ruffhi.com. Now I remain free to move the hosting options without having to change the name of the site.

Yeah, but a discussion made with a distinct lack of facts and important information is less valuable than a discussion made with all the possible facts known.

Yeah I would lean in this direction. The annoying thing is, they could finish it with very little warning. If they get luckily and pop a GE, or do a massive 6-pop whip, we wouldn't get any advance warning, so we'd stuck whipping it just to flip with them. We might want to go ahead and whip it just to avoid any chance of them getting it.

It may not mean that, but... there is no value in this discussion. We know the timings for when we can complete Taj, and how much it will cost. We know that we should complete Taj if we can. I mean, it's not like it's up for debate whether winning the Taj race is worth 6 pop. Of course it is! All that's left is to see CFC's production numbers over the next few turns.

My point is this, as soon as CFC will be able to whip themselves, or any possibility that they could themselves, we need to be doing it the turn before.

Well based upon all the discussion so far, not everyone agrees that it is a no-brainer.  (I do agree with you of course.)
