Personally I would just say that it's clear we have an overwhelming majority in favor of plako being the new admin, and I would just ask plako to make a ruling. plako then rules that we shorten the timer and asks Caledorn to do it.

We've gone over this before Ruff. If they go ballistic then I would just demand that we move the game to a new host, saying that it is obvious that they are abusing their position as game host to get what they want (i.e. cockblocking everyone else from making a decision).
