I might have a problem.
My stack was attacked this turn, and several of my units earned a promotion. However, I can't promote them. Is it working as intended or some kind of a bug?
Promotions come available the turn after the battle. However, if you had a unit that had a promotion saved before the battles occured you can take the promotion + the potentially earned new one.
Okay thanks plako. That brings up a huge unbalance in the turn split system. The player who plays second can't promote his units between two attacks by the player playing first.
If you trust promoting to computer, you can turn on the "auto-promote". I think it works also in pitboss games. As a side effect everything will be promoted so bevare .
There are much bigger imbalances in the turn split system than promotions.

Needed to restart my hosting PC due to an issue in two of the other games. Reloaded to commodore's save with ~16:15 left on the clock, sorry for the inconvenience.
We were heading into the last hour of the timer so I have paused it for Qgqqqq/Cornflakes.
Just to notify, Bigger should be taking over my turns from now on for the next two weeks while I focus on my final year university exams.
