Yeah that's one reason he caught me unaware. He had a stint in caste and pushed out a merchant. He's now in slavery and hereditary rule.

Not sure. Watt is of course the other Moai candidate, it depends on whether we want a good production center in the middle or a strong one on the outside. It'll be easier to build in Watt though, so maybe that makes more sense.
I actually forgot that zak is Spiritual entirely and thought he was not in Slavery the entire time.
