The difference is Hydra attacked to remove a contester for victory. Now Serdoa is no longer that so attacking him makes only sense if you gain something.

And this game is a real pool of sharks.

It made more sense for Hydra, true, but still precious little given serdoas crippled economy - I don't think he was a strong competitor by any means, and a take down attack on azza or a gain territory attack on Harry would've served him better (and probably forced a concession).

I haven't kept the most up to date, but i feel like in decent skims, all 4 players had a pretty good lead in the game at some point, it's been a wonderful games of leads and attacks and losses, ready to see if Hydra turns his rifles into a win, or if he gets beaten back down.

It's very much a work in progress, the city screen is only partially implemented.
Keep in mind that this viewer will show you spoiler info even if you choose to view things from a player perspective. So don't assume that stuff you see in the web viewer is known to the players.

The url has a part following a hash symbol that updates as you navigate around the map. You can use this to link to anything you find interesting. To illustrate, here's one of Old Harry's stacks:

Okay...way too many cities being razed. There aren't even any enemy units within a 40-yard radius. If maintenance is a problem then just build wealth.
