Victory Conditions
(1) Proposed victor has greatest population and land area
(2) Sum of proposed victor and conceding players achieves the domination threshold.
Given (1), the world population and land area percentages of the proposed victor appear in the victory conditions tab for all players. Therefore (2) can be calculated from screenshots posted by conceding players in their (private) lurker thread. The victory condition can be tested without the knowledge of the proposed victor or the remaining players.
In a nice flourish, the conceding players could cede their empires in game to the proposed victor who would then win a domination victory.

I'd leave it up to moderator's discretion on when the threshold has been reached. One rule might not fit all games...

I agree, but domination should be the minimum.

Yeah I could use that long to get a good map set up please and thank you. I figure it'll be a few days getting the player list finalized, then another day getting settings chosen. And we need to figure out how leader and civ selections are going to be done, and then wait for people to pick those. And before that get the map all set up with options since unless we generate random combos AND have those randomly assigned, I'll need to have start position pictures sent out.....
Yeah a week is definitely a very bold estimate.

I think end of July is entirely reasonable for a timeline. Remember when we tried to rush pb8 out?

I think we can do it faster than that TBH, but not like it's a race to start the game...definitely don't want to rush Brick's portion of the set up, but TBH we're up to 13 potential signups already in less than 24 hours, and the cap is 18. Signups are likely to be full by Monday.
On that note, if someone with Mostly harmless's email addy wants to email him and say we are starting a new RB mod PB game, I think he'll want to sign up (think he said months ago he would play in the next one anyway).
