We should send a quick message to WPC about bringing the city down to 1 redlined Longbow and leaving them *3 Workers* to capture.
Also does CFC usually take this long to reply to diplo? (One conversation from their end in nearly two weeks.) I'm a little worried with our NAP ending in a dozen turns that they're stalling for time...
