I'll chime in only to say I have the same opinion as the last 2 years... 10pm(ish) EST is perfect, and any day in scooter's timeline works just fine.
You can get a look at a t-bone by looking up the bulls ass but I'd rather take the butcher's word for it.

Any time 7-10 EDT works great for me. I have a slight preference for not Friday or Saturday nights but I'm sure I could make any of those nights work.

Sunday night September 1st would be good for me too actually since Monday is Labor Day. I didn't realize Labor Day would be this early this year.

It sounds like 10pm EDT is a lock. It also sounds like the best two nights are Saturday August 31st and Sunday September 1st. Between the two, I have a general preference for Saturday night the 31st. I'm tentatively leaning towards picking that night. I do see Gaspar said he might have a work conflict... Gaspar, do you think you'd be able to make it that night?
