Serdoa's scout seem to have found me last turn. I'm happy I managed to snatch the hut. I considered, if I now want to turn around and check areas north from me, but finding out their capital location would be great so I'm heading still west. Also their scout seems to be coming from SW so maybe there is some unexplored land in the north. They're naturally one of the neighbors I really wouldn't have liked to see. I need to be alert. They'll be taking advantage of any weakness I'll show. Good thing is that they're quite likely to play rationally and we might be able to settle peaceful border (assuming agggression doesn't benefit me more ).

Couple of nations having at least +1 commerce over me finished their 1st tech. Most likely Fishing.

Food seems to be scarce also in the areas mostly likley belonging to Serdoa. Also 1st barb animal sighting. They start to appear on T5 so no surprises there. PB8 was good reminder so I need a very good reason to land to a tile without some defensive bonuses. This should be easy win. Main concern is the amount of hits wolf can get in.

Wolf got 2 hits in. Moving on and found Serdoa's borders + hut. Serdoa's scout has travelled in the areas north from my capital.

Jowy did grow his capital i.e. not going for worker 1st.

Bear did beat up the scout. I guess it is time to give up hut hunting and focus on mapping up the areas beween us and Serdoa. I also had to rush to get a border city up as soon as possible. This means early wonder races are probably out of the question.

Did he at least get in some hits?

Quite a few. I checked and unless my memory fails I think they were something like 4 hits with 18% damage each.
