From WillLP's thread we can see that Molach didn't listen to me and revolted to burea. Come on man. Burea just isn't worth the revolt at this point. You know it!
EDIT: Maybe he revolted before he looked at demos and my posts? Oh well.

Thought about giving Azza peace for Heavy but decided against it without talking with you first. Molach's power is not rising, but I fear that we should act somehow. We gained 3 nice cities, I think this is good enough, for now. Anyway, started an archer in three olives, catapult w/ overflow due to end in 2 turns in Mad Dog. We have our gains, now we need to consolidate them and hold them.
Good job on the war.
Also, left units to heal. Then we can procceed.
SO Azza has 4 cities left, 2 of which are on the main land, and he still has copper, and this is Azza... Are you seriously not going to at least finish off the mainland cities? At the very least? To go for peace at this point and allow Azza to just spend the rest of those turns building army, while you "consolidate gains" is a recipe for pain.
Have to remind myself its a noob game...
"Good job on the war", he says like its over. This is not an AI.

No Kuro never built the WBs to net his seafood in his capital.
Where does Kuro's game here rank among RB's worst ever? I've read a fair amount of the past threads, but usually ignore threads for really badly played games (most of which were not well-reported, anyway). The only thing like this of which I'm aware since I've been an RB member is gtAngel's games in the FFH/EitB sub-forum, but they weren't thaaaat bad.
Edit: I also haven't read Kuro's thread in a few months, so maybe he's gotten a little better, even if he never netted those clams?
Merovech's Mapmaking Guidelines:
0. Player Requests: The player's requests take precedence, even if they contradict the following guidelines.
1. Balance: The map must be balanced, both in regards to land quality and availability and in regards to special civilization features. A map may be wonderfully unique and surprising, but, if it is unbalanced, the game will suffer and the player's enjoyment will not be as high as it could be.
2. Identity and Enjoyment: The map should be interesting to play at all levels, from city placement and management to the border-created interactions between civilizations, and should include varied terrain. Flavor should enhance the inherent pleasure resulting from the underlying tile arrangements. The map should not be exceedingly lush, but it is better to err on the lush side than on the poor side when placing terrain.
3. Feel (Avoiding Gimmicks): The map should not be overwhelmed or dominated by the mapmaker's flavor. Embellishment of the map through the use of special improvements, barbarian units, and abnormal terrain can enhance the identity and enjoyment of the map, but should take a backseat to the more normal aspects of the map. The game should usually not revolve around the flavor, but merely be accented by it.
4. Realism: Where possible, the terrain of the map should be realistic. Jungles on desert tiles, or even next to desert tiles, should therefore have a very specific reason for existing. Rivers should run downhill or across level ground into bodies of water. Irrigated terrain should have a higher grassland to plains ratio than dry terrain. Mountain chains should cast rain shadows. Islands, mountains, and peninsulas should follow logical plate tectonics.
No. Kuro is terrible. I don't know if it's the worst ever, but I'd say he's the only terrible player who has outright rejected all attempts at advice. gingereagle has made some senseless comments but mostly didn't get any decent feedback (partially because he stops reporting shortly after the game starts), and many other really bad players basically don't report at all and nobody comments. Some other people pretend to listen to others but don't actually do it, misinterpret the advice, or change their mind at the last second. Kuro is reporting, getting comments and then ignoring all of them by giving fallacies in response to every single one. Of course he isn't getting any comments anymore really since he's never listened to anyone.
