AH first. I like the general Pind plan. Cirumnav will be awesome, but not if an early war breaks us first.

I think the only reason to get Sailing is if we're willing to build a lighthouse and a pair of galleys for circumnavigation, and I'm not sure we'd be ready for that. Or do we want to prioritize it that much that we do go for Sailing next? I was thinking about this last night, and I agree. Let's not get stuck on our original plan like last game. AH first it is.
Turn 037
Our settler is out and covered by the archer. I really wanted to be able to move the archer again this turn but I couldn't see a way to do that and not have the settler be vulnerable to a potential wolf in the fog. So we'll move everything next turn and settle our second city. Capital is set to a worker, which we will whip to completion next turn. Our worker is chopping, the chop will go into a third worker, which we'll start right after we whip the 2nd one. I really hope Commodore isn't too close to this, because it'd be nice to grab. It'd be nicer if there's some sort of food to go with all that gold. At least we're not as close as Azza & Lewwyn are. Scout got sight of the culture of Azza's capital this turn and we can guess where his capital is. And they are closer than I would think wise in a 18-player huge map. ![]() Hey, if we get horses we should gift them to Lewwyn this time ![]()

LOL, what did I say, Azza's second city is miles from his capital.

I was expecting your comment to mean farther. But really, that is a crazy close distance for 2 civs to be.
I bet Azza tries for an axe rush as revenge.

Well it's six tiles away. His last game he planted it five tiles away and we know what happened there. The game before that it was eight tiles away, and we know what happened there too. I'm pretty sure Azza has never planted his second city three or four tiles away.

At least he didn't settle in Lewwyn's first ring this time. There's some progress

Dunno what caused that, but they seem to be working again.
