The consensus is that Halvgud is trolling the game. Maybe you're not, but the fact that you're not responding to Ceil at all is ridiculous.

I did get a pm from Hal yest morning. among other things, he said the wandering army is intended to make blue break off the attack. giving him the benefit of the doubt, I think Halvgod is maybe just outclassed here?

Sued for peace with Blue and Yellow. White has declared war. That single settlement on White island will likely be gone next turn.
Moved southern army one step further north, will not be moving fast unless peace is reached. Then it will be hastily moved to nearest neutral or Red territory. Small blue army 2 tiles from DZ with Curl has razed a mine there. Moved chariots to DZ. Yar Tshes set to build wall.
