Fuck it, best thing to do it just make sure the person who builds it (novice) is logged into the game when it rolls, and that solves the problem.
Beyond that, I'm going to have to just try to work with T-hawk and Seven to strip out that change from the mod...and then go post 2.0.3.6
I wonder how high that number is going to get.

Yeah. The person getting Liberalism might need to be logged in for the turn roll too. (Wild guess. I wonder if getting Lib and Oracle on the same turn has been tested.  )

OK, something is a little weird with civ stats. It says that Pindicator has ended turn twice, and when I logged into the game, it shows Pin has not having ended turn.
Anything unusualy happen whn you were logged in, Pin?
