Well, they might go undefeated...

Their defense, especially pre-Miller, is worrying. I know some is garbage time, but first half vs Ravens for instance wasn't.

They also have beaten up on some pretty bad defenses.

That's not to take away from what they're doing because it is amazing, but we could see them come a bit back to earth when they face a stiffer defense.

These things are both true but do remember we're talking about the greatest first 4 games in NFL history by a healthy margin. And the second best team went 18-1. This isn't your typical hot 4-0 start.

And also, they get 3 of their best defensive starters back over the next few weeks. It's going to take a couple significant injuries to slow them down I think.

What happens is Peyton Manning goes down for the year...then they sign Tim Tebow off the streets, go undefeated and win the Super Bowl. lol But more seriously, the Broncos have been hella impressive...but they've faced Baltimore, Oakland, Philidelphia and the Giants, which are not exactly a great group. But it's been pretty historic.

The only regular season games I can really see them losing, barring some kinda injury or them getting really de-chemistry'd is...New England, Houston and MAYBE San Diego, and I would probably take Denver in all cases (If New England has it's full offense back, I might take their spread though). I am interested in when they play the Chiefs, though: The defense has been hella impressive this year, unlike almost everyone the Broncos have faced so far (And not just when they play the Broncos: The Giants have been bloody dreadful).

On the flipside...when was the last time we had an offense as bad as the Jaguars? The freakin' winless Lions squad scored over twice as many points through the first four games!

I'd say the Jag's offense from way back in 2012 was pretty darn bad. smile

In terms of Broncos defeats, I think the Chiefs at Arrowhead coming off the away game in Foxborough is the scariest matchup right now.

The Jags in 2012 scored 62 points through their first 4 games, quite literally twice as many as this year's Jags.

They ended the year with 255 points scored, meaning they were not even worst or second worst in the league (Arizona and Kansas City scored less).

If the Jaguars continued sucking this poorly, they would score 124 points all year (31 points per 4 games, 16 games: 4 x 4 = 16. 4 x 31 = 124), which means that they would score almost 90 points less than last years worst offensive team. If they kept this up, two teams this year would have ALREADY scored more points in 4 weeks (Broncos, Chicago: Detroit has 122).

It's not even close.

And that is not counting they still have 2 matchups against Houston, 1 against San Fran, 1 against DENVER (That'll be hilarious!)...and 1 against the Browns even, if their D holds up.

I'm bitter that the January - February 2013 Joe Flacco was actually a cyborg sent from the future who is no longer with us, as evidenced by the recent September 2013 performance, when human Joe Flacco returned.

Joe Flacco returned to the past to save football for all time. Unfortunately, his job done, he must return to the future, leaving behind the team he had grown to admire over the past year.

As told in the blockbuster summer film, Joe Flacco Vampire Hunter.
