Well. It was a nice go around, better luck next time.

It was certainly fun! Even if we didn't win (Thanks to me, heh) or really compete much, I enjoyed it, and talking with everyone did help. Hopefully next time I'll do better, eh?

Battle went surprisingly better than I expected: All my Catapults died, along with about 7 Longbows (Although we have 8 Longbows still and 2 are on the way, including a new Super Medic!), a HA (at lower odds, IIRC), an Axe and a Spear. But we killed 12 of their units, clearing out all the X-Bows and all but 1 Mace, and depending on how healed they are we can now go back on the attack...either way, everything is damaged, the Catapults need time to bombard because taking the city without defenses even with our weakened units would be a fool's game probably and next turn I get a free Super Medic at the city, so we could be sitting pretty. We still can't win, but we might be able to hold the line, so all in all this turn was very exciting.

He might be able to still raze the city just suciding all the cats. As well as promoting the surviving units and attacking. So we should have probably moved the GG out of the city just to be safe. Although do cat's do reduced collateral damage when they have lower strength? If that is true we will probably barely hold the city if he just decides to all in it.

I think that the cats don't do reduced collat, but I could be wrong.

The GG actually has 0 movement points and is mostly there because I forgot GG rules (Specifically, that it can't do anything with 0 movement points).

I think that I actually killed some of his units that killed units, so not all of his will promote.

He bombarded down to 23%, sent in some Cats and attacked...and totally failed! I'm promoting my units and should be able to clear out a good chunk of this.

I ate up our Great General to give about 5 of our units one more promotion, given the importance of this battle, then moved in! As you can see, I massacred a lot of units, while my city still contains a full health CGII Longbow, a full health Medic III March Longbow, a full health HA and another Longbow at EoT. I actually could have eliminated even more, but I lost Axe vs. Cat @ 76% and 82% odds, so two extra Cats survived.

His back force isn't particularly impressive, especially since I believe all my units will get Medic III healing EoT, and either way weakened Spears can take on his weakened units...and even if he won every battle I don't think he has the sheer numbers to win. In short, a great victory! We managed to amass enough numbers to survive.

March means the unit itself heals every turn, not that it is able to heal other units every turn.

I'm guessing that it won't heal everything else due to 0 movement points, then?

Though either way, we heal up the normal amount from the turns passing, yes? Or does the fact we attacked mean no healing? (Though I have an upgraded Longbow that didn't attack and could use healing, will it?)
