Okay. My rant out of the way, I am super excited to see what my bro Serdoa comes up with for us with the map. Can't wait!

I am a complete dick for plenty of reasons. If you're incompetent, I'm going to tell you that. And I am certainly calmed the fuck down and always have been. That said, I'm not sure why you think I'm going to make the game miserable for everyone else when there's no need for us to communicate. That is, after all, the whole point.

That being said, as several people have pointed out this is an AI-diplo game, so at least we can't exacerbate things with angry diplomacy in-game. Let's just play a good game of civ, yeah? If it's anything like the other Pitboss games I've read, we're going to be playing for a while, so let's all relax and enjoy the game!

(The fact that I'll probably get stomped has no bearing on my positive attitude, by the way! )

Ok, so to give you all some idea for the planning regarding the map:

I plan right now to have it done till Friday, have it checked by Saturday / Sunday while giving you your screenshots (with the chance of slight changes if someone points out something completely unbalanced on them) and have it finalized on Monday.

(I reserve the right to take longer though, as hand-doing a map with more than 3500 tiles takes some time and I will be away from Friday till Sunday. If that takes too long for you guys you of course can get a map-generator map instead, I won't be upset about that, but doing it quick and dirty isn't an option for me either as you have to play on it for a few months and I know how annoying it can be if you feel the map is completely against you [hello PB8...]).

Guys, I unfortunately need to take the right to take longer. Some probably read in other parts of the forum already that I have to take care of my wife currently. The negative is that I won't get the map finished today for your screenshots, the positive is that I'm not travelling over the weekend and can therefore work on it for some hours. So, expect screenshots a little bit later this weekend.
