New Pitboss 16 settings

My understanding is that actually wetbandit (for a leader) AND Mikehendi (for a civ) are up. The only caveat is that Mikehendi is permitted to wait for wetbandit to pick if he feels wetbandit's choice will impact his decision. If he doesn't then picking the next civ and leader simultaneously now speeds up the process.

Now that everyone's picked once, everyone will pick their second in reverse order, regardless of what they already picked.

Yeah, I know how it works, for some reason I was thinking there was a penalty for going civ first though...but I am remembering falsely~

Going civ first usually is the penalty.

I'm only teasing here. I'm not aware of any penalty of this type in picks we do at RB. I'm not sure about how anyone else may do them, but it's just 1-12 on the way down and then 12-1 on the way back up regardless of leader or civ pick.

It's honestly probably just that I haven't snake picked in forever, since PB11 was random.
