I clicked repeatedly and quickly on the scientist specialists. While the maximum scientists are enforced, the citizen working in the city that got picked up to replace the specialist disappears. Then when I replaced the scientists back in the field it won't let me replace the 'lost' one either. Only by clicking the city center tile was I able to get all 8 back to work.

Clearly my idea of keeping the governor on whenever possible is well-founded.

I started a market in the capital but can change to a settler if we think that's better. I really don't want to stop growing that capital if i can help it though.

Took a look around in-game at lunch time. I agree that I'd rather just keep growing the capital. Also, I didn't get your emails until a little too late last night, but I agree with your end decision to not delay the dye city. Also... I kinda want to settle that Banana site between us and Nakor. I just wish we weren't going to need enormous amounts of worker turns to make those useful.

They do manage to play offense, so workers/settlers and attack units, probably, Bulldogs should be able to manage.  Yes, I'm still a bit butt hurt about losing to Vanderbilt. Unforgivable sin!! Worse than going monument first!!!!
