PB16 very probably requires a permanent replacement. The game is on turn 2 and one of the players apparently suffered an unfortunate, real-life injury which prevents him from playing in the game.
BTS is the game and you would get to play Huyana Capac of the Dutch--It's not quite Willem of Inca, but it's pretty damn close!

New and improved marketing pitch incoming! 
This is a promising RB pitboss game with a provisionally beautiful map by CIV-expert and philosopher king Serdoa. You will play as Huayna of the Dutch, a very strong combination as there will be plenty of water, and there is no stone or marble on the map. The game basically hasn't even started yet - in fact, the previous sub for this position requested their civ to be changed from Byzantium and the request was granted! You haven't missed anything yet.
However, this brings me to a final point: the position is cursed. Cursed, I tell you. The man or woman known as "Zaldax" first held the spot. Upon making his first pick in the snake order, he was waylaid by mysterious "computer troubles". He returned days later:

"All good now." That was his last post. The unknowable forces which had willed him to be out of this game, seeing that their mere technical sabotage had been overcome, presumably undertook some more decisive measures, and he has not been heard from since. After he managed to completely miss the extended turn 1 timer, we had to seek a replacement.
Enter Flugauto. Flugauto volunteered to take the spot, replacing Zaldax. He played a turn or two and immediately thereafter, he was quite violently deterred. Judge for yourself:

This was the last we heard from poor Flugauto.
Other than the curse though, it's a great opportunity!
