[SPOILERS] Scooticator and Pindooter give a sporting try

This is November ASU, they should be in full scale implosion mode by now. Mannion, what are you doing.

Pac-12 has gone all crazy now. USC fired Kiffin and is playing more like USC circa 2003 than 2013. UCLA is still holding strong near the top of the South division. And nobody is talking about ASU, but they are playing really well.

In the north it's the Ducks and the rest. Kind of the opposite of how people suspected it would be at the beginning of the year - the south was supposed to be UCLA and the rest and the north was supposed to be the strong division.

Yeah, we were fucking lucky at the end and that's all there is to it. We had the game in the bag too, but then we faltered and slacked off, and A-A-Ron and Co. took advantage of it and played their hearts out. The way they played at the end, it's hard to say Georgia didn't deserve to win.

That said I was obviously super pumped and still am that we won and are 10-1 heading into the Iron Bowl. :D You can at least hope for some of that luck we had to carry over to Bama cause everyone hates Bama right? :D

And also yeah, Coach O is making USC do wondrous things, I actually had picked them to take out Stanford, glad to see they did.

Eh. ASU has overperformed and Oregon St has underperformed, otherwise things are about as expected before the season. ASU still has their chance to have it all blow up on them at the end of the season like they inevitably do every year. North is surely more like Oregon&Stanford and the rest, still a strong division. Also the decision to have 9 conference games each season instead of 8 is really monumentally stupid.

Watching USC storm the field was fun.

I'd say Washington has underperformed and USC has overperformed too.

Eh. USC started out ranked! And as much of a USC homer as I am, they really should be expected to do well in the South with the talent they have on the team. Washington has won all the games they were expected to except ASU, plus the Boise game. Losses to Oregon, Stanford, and UCLA are nothing to be ashamed of. And Boise St + Illinois + FBS bodybag is a respectable enough OOC slate. Again, 9 conference games is incredibly dumb by the PAC12 guys.

Turn 121

A short turn; it was more interruptions and just playing the turn in a timely manner.

Our galleys more onward. Next turn the archer will board the lead galley and he'll head towards city site 'B' on the NFC North island. The trailing galley will head for site 'A'. Both galleys will unload on turn 123 and both settlers will settle on turn 124 - unless of course we run into barbarians...

We're also going to stick with knights. After current builds we'll start barracks, and then follow that with zerkers. After guilds comes in we'll build some knights and go have some fun.

Doing well in the South is not the same as beating Stanford at their own game! I'm honestly a little upset USC isn't playing Oregon this year -- unless the win the South! And Washington was expected to compete with Stanford and Oregon this year, especially after beating Stanford last year, so I'd call it a disappointing year so far, but if they win out it'll be good still. Also am a fan of the 9 conference game schedule. The more conference games you have the less variance you have in determining a league champion and the less odds of having one of those crazy not-the-conference-champion-but-playing-for-the-national-champsionship-game things. More conferences need to get in on the act so it's fair across the board. (Seriously, SEC!? You keep adding teams but you can't give up that mid-season creampuff to play a 9-game conf schedule?)

Uh, shouldn't you head towards site A first and check for seafood at the same time, since that may affect the entire dotmap? I would actually move 6999 with the leading galley next turn and then unload from the north shore.
