retep and Bacchus should switch playing order.

Unfortunately, our playing windows are very close to each other and retep's tends to be after mine. So whether or not we have the ability to do this switch, in practice, if you look at the history of turns, retep normally plays after me anyway, and indeed frequently after I've gone bed.
