Oh, yes I forgot that they are actually not protective. This keeps getting worse and worse for them. Actually your naval escape plan sounds like their only hope for survival in the event of an all-out attack.
Actually, that would make for a really interesting situation! If they could survive and possibly thrive on the islands, they could sneak around the outside of the map and settle everyone else's islands too!

Not only they (Korea) are not protective, but also looking at the map, there is no easy copper (closest one will be inside where Rome wants its second city).
They can have iron relatively easily, but that will need a beeline.
I think Korea's only real chance would be to get AH quickly and charriot rush Rome... (since they will have horse in there border by then)... without Rome realising (otherwise I predict he might pre-emptively attack to disconnect the horse which could be easily done).

Broker saw right through Whosit's last message and has analyzed his intentions perfectly, though. Kind of funny to see him translate Whosit's fluffy message into exactly what Whosit's thinking

It's an interesting situation! IMO Rome would be much better off putting the effort into expanding into that empty space already there - that would really be a winner for them - all the advantages of an early kill, without the diplomatic hit... but doesn't look like it will go that way.

I want war . Rome should kill Korea and negotiate a land settlement with Inca. Who is on the otherside of Korea? May be Rome should go to war with them tooâ¦

Yeah, but Korea is really close, and the window of opportunity for taking them out is now. Besides, why pick agressive Rome if you're not gonna use pretorians?

Exactly. They may have more land, but they aren't financial and aren't philosophical. In the long run, rome will fall behind unless they can establish a dominating advantage in the early game.

Sure! Well I thought Whosit knew about Koreaâs fishing tech discovery. But I guess not!
Would it still be spoiler, If he knew about all Koreaâs technologies (especially Fishing). I thought I was simply correcting a technical reasoningâ¦.

Korea doesn't start with Fishing, so unless Whosit or LiPing have figured out that they have Fishing, we really can't say anything about it.
And he'll figure it out when at 30H the WB's done, instead of at 50H. If Whosit grumbles about "What could they have built for 30H?", then we can list everything that costs 30H. Which would be the WB, a Chariot, or a Monument. Since a Chariot would require the Wheel, AH, and a worker connecting the horse, well, we know how likely that is around T32 or so.
