Lewwyn whipped 5 times last turn, and plako revolted to vassalage and slavery thsi turn. plako has knights, and dhalphir doesn't even have Feudalism -- we saw how quick a war that can be -- and lewwyn doesn't have guilds, but he does have engineering, so I'm guessing some combination of CKNs with pike support.
So my question is do we scatter some catapult builds in? For example, at the capital instead fo this settler?
Nah I think we're good. Our power is still above him, and he'd be foolish to come at us now. I think he probably figures he needs to absorb Azza or his game is over since he missed out on the Nakor boat.
That said, Heroic Epic finishes this turn. How about we just build several catapults in a row there next? I think we can like 1.5T them with Heroic Epic if not better. Our Knights + a stack of cats is enough to demolish whatever he can build.
I'm good with everything else, including Notre Dame, settler, and other decisions you made. I'm in-game right now. I think I can wrap up the turn, I've got a little time.

Global overall update would be nice if Pindicator doesn't already have it covered.

pindicator is going to do a world population and tech overview along with the rankings soon.

Yeah, i think we can 1-turn cats out of Orioles after HE. It's base hpt is near 25. As for the capital, i'm starting to think a longbow or zerker. Reason being is we're the city count leader, #2 in citizens, and top-3 in total beakers (might be #1, i won't get that part done unt after i get home tonight). So i'm thinking we get some units built to consolidate our gains. We don't even have mps for all of nakor's old cities

Turn 151
I won't do a whole lot of global overview stuff so I don't steal any of pindicator's thunder, but the more I look around, the more I start to realize we're in an even stronger position than I suspected. Take this, for instance:
Those demos are with 30 pop across 5 cities still in revolt AND with all the recently captured cities having room to grow. I believe at least one player is in a golden age too. We'll probably be first in food/mfg within a dozen turns. Or even more tellingly, this page:
Tops in population, and we'll almost assuredly be top in land once these cities come out of revolt and pop their borders. So pindicator has a great point here:

However.... I kinda want to do that settler first before doing a few military builds. Is that crazy? The one thing I DON'T want to do is get overly conservative and play not to lose just because we've briefly gotten our hands on the lead of the game. I say that only because I think with our playstyles we're more likely to make that mistake than we are to be overly risky. I want to make sure we get our hands on PAC South before Azza or even mackoti get to it. We already have several Zerks hanging down around that island, so we'd have no problem defending it. However, yeah we definitely need a few more longbows and cats in general. So I could go either way, I just don't want to delay that initial settler long, if at all. Thoughts?
Couple more things.
We still want to farm over that cottage right? I only ask because it's a village next turn which makes it a tad more painful. I don't see any way around it though with this food-starved location.
Hah. Should we ruin suttree's day next turn if this city has < 2 defenders in it?

Probably leave suttree alone, no real reason to piss him off just for some capture gold. If you want to attack him for real and hold some cities after the island is settled, that might be worth considering.
The rival percentages on the victory screen are rounded down for some indiscernible reason, so we're not necessarily higher than mackoti in real pop.

Let's do the settler, but queue militady after it.
I'm not worried about Notre Dame after looking at tech. Lewwyn is the only other person with Eng and he's looking more and more like a late game target

yes, very fitting for a Canadian southern border. also, the prolonged hype for a rankings and commentary is excellent satire on sports media... enough already! Gove us our rankings!
