Maybe I missed it, what was your goal declaring on Rome and then walking in? Harassment? Slowing him down?

Yes, I wanted to harrass and slow him down. Furungy had to build a warrior in Rome T51, this delayed his settler.
The workers will road W-W-W-SE to the City3 sign. Next turn I will 3pop-whip a settler.

FYI, I'm pretty sure using the waypoint/go-to to locate cities is frowned upon.
However, you can see where the forest disappeared when the city was founded without requiring new information about the map. That information is there for everyone to see without using waypoint/go-to, and is not seen as an exploit.

What? No way. Krill uses it, ergo it is legit.

Well, somebody could have chopped that forest. Maybe 2metraninja, maybe Furungy, maybe even Sian. You never know.
