Great job, Plako!
Pitboss 18 Organizing Thread (RB Mod 34 Civs)

I don't mind random events if the most punitive ones are removed. I also enjoy the quests, but I don't know if the mod has removed the most unbalancing ones. Basically, anything that adds some flavor without frustration for the player is nice to have, so long as it isn't entirely game breaking like a free golden age, etc.
Any idea how to implement the observation civ for Sullla. I gave this little thought and came out with this:
* owns useless city surrounded by mountains * Has access to Satellites tech * 33 Great spies placed near every other player capital that will then be used to infiltrate after settling * 33 Airships that can be used to further monitor progress * 6*Merchants settled to pay the bills * No one should ever interact in any way with this civ * After spies has been infiltrated could be turned to AI (Sullla does not need to log in every turn to keep game rolling smoothly)
No need for satellites tech, the map can be fully revealed to his civ in the world builder, so as to not effect known techs. Otherwise that sounds OK.

This game won't fly with such an inflexibility. Nevertheless I really would like to see you play and would therefore agree to this assuming we won't lose more than 1 other player because of giving in to your demands. Description in the sign-up thread isn't too binding so mostly this is up to Commodore. btw. PB13 had lot of diffrentiation. My capital was ~double the distance from closest capital than some of the capital distances elsewhere. |
