Restricted diplo interface might be the biggest drawback to getting the maximum known tech bonus in the Classical era.

Er...did you just break the game and stop everyone else joining?

Get all 34 in the score list, you mean? 1280x1024, windowed mode.

You should be able to see all civs in the F4 screen at smaller resolutions too.

The game's still working for me. It took some time getting past "Contacting peer" but I got in.

Regarding diplo, according to this you can also press Shift D to open a "contact civ popup".
I have to run.
